The wild and poetic anatomy of the female body.
A journey from the butterfly sphenoid bone in your head to the ancient intelligence of your pelvic bowl as a portal to your creative power.
Have you ever felt that the story you were told about your body was incomplete - or not your own? Do you long to reconnect with the wisdom and poetry of your female body, which often feels so distant and far-away or ungraspable?
Join me for an intimate and imaginative exploration of the wild and poetic anatomy of the female body. This is an invitation to come home to your inner landscapes, to rewrite the story of your body with reverence, playfulness, and truth.
We will dismantle the patriarchy narratives ruling our bodies, so that we can step into the wild, sacred, and embodied intelligence of the womb, pelvic bowl, and embryo.

In this workshop we will:
Use breath, story, and the imaginal we will meet the profound healing resources within the female body, whether you, like me, are, respectively have been healing from disordered eating, or perhaps sexual trauma, or body shame, or chronic pain, or simply a sense of disconnection or a feeling that something is missing from your life.
Discover a new way of understanding the anatomy of your female body, beyond just muscles and bones. You’ll meet your womb, ovaries, and pelvic bowl as your own sacred textbook - your guide into your own personal fullest expression.
Unlock the ancient stories of becoming and I will share how the story of the embryo and the egg can nurture and heal our connection to our bodies so that we can hear her wisdom for our lives.
Our time together will be a love story of connecting to source, to find wholeness, and swim in the ocean of enoughness. A sensual, soulful honoring of our bodies as living vessels of wisdom, joy, and creation.
